The Counseling Center has created a unique series of interactive and FREE workshops to help support students with these particular concerns.
Skills 4 Success is a series of online workshops that provide coping strategies to deal with stress, time management, motivation, and anxiety that often interfere with meeting personal, social, and academic goals. This six-week program includes topics such as procrastination, stress management, time management, test anxiety, motivation/goal-setting, and sleep/getting through finals.
