Skills 4 Success
Skills 4 Success is a drop-in workshop series that provides coping strategies to deal with stress, time management, motivation, and anxiety that often interfere with meeting personal, social, and academic goals. Students can pick and choose which weeks to attend and are not required to complete an initial assessment at the Counseling Center before starting.
